Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods:According to the random number table method,88 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients treated at department of nephropathy from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into 44 cases in the control group and 44 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention;the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing,psychological nursing,health education,rehabilitation and exercise guidance.The awareness rate of relevant knowledge and the changes of various indexes before and after the intervention were evaluated.Results:Compared with the control group,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,urea nitrogen and creatinine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the awareness rate of patients'disease-related knowledge,effectively improve patient-related indicators and improve the treatment effect.
