盆底生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗性功能障碍的效果研究

目的探究盆底生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗性功能障碍的效果。方法在本院收治的产后性功能障碍患者中随机择选80例为研究对象,由计算机系统进行随机分组,分为病例数均等的两组,即研究组和对照组。对照组患者给予常规阴道哑铃训练治疗,研究组患者给予盆底生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗。两组患者均接受2个月的连续治疗,并对比两组患者治疗后的盆底肌恢复情况以及性功能障碍指标积分变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者盆底肌恢复情况对比结果,研究组40例患者中有31例盆底肌力达Ⅲ级及以上,占比77.5%,而对照组40例患者仅22例达Ⅲ级及以上,占比55.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性功能障碍指标方面,研究组在性欲望、性生活质量和性功能总积分方面,均对比对照组有明显改善,差异统计学有意义,P<0.05。结论给予产后性功能障碍患者盆底生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗效果显著,可明显增强患者盆底肌力,改善患者性生活水平,值得临床应用。

Study on the effect of pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of sexual dysfunction

Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in the treatment of sexual dysfunction.Methods:80 patients with postpartum sexual dysfunction treated at our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects,randomly grouped by the computer system,and divided into two groups with the same number of cases,namely the study group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given regular vaginal dumbbell training,and patients in the research group were given pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise.Both groups of patients received continuous treatment for two months,and the recovery of pelvic floor muscles and changes in the scores of sexual dysfunction indexes were compared.Results:After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle recovery of the two groups of patients was compared.Among the 40 patients in the study group,31 cases of pelvic floor muscle strength reached levelⅢor above,accounting for 77.5%,while only 22 cases of 40 patients in the control group reachedⅢGrade and above,accounting for 55.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of sexual dysfunction indicators,the study group had significant improvements in the three aspects of sexual desire,quality of sexual life,and total points of sexual function compared with the control group.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of pelvic floor biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise for patients with postpartum sexual dysfunction is significant,which can significantly enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength and improve the sexual life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
