心通颗粒联合倍他乐克对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果及对睡眠质量的影响

目的:探究心通颗粒联合倍他乐克治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2021年6月平阴县人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者118例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。其中观察组行心通颗粒联合倍他乐克治疗,对照组行倍他乐克治疗。比较分析2组患者治疗效果和睡眠质量。结果:1)观察组患者治疗有效率为96.61%,对照组治疗有效率为83.05%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)观察组治疗后心绞痛发作频次、持续时间、疼痛评分均明显小于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);3)治疗后,2组患者SPIEGEL睡眠量表评分均有所降低(均P<0.05),且观察组的各项得分及总分的降低幅度明显大于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:心通颗粒联合倍他乐克用于冠心病心绞痛治疗,疗效显著,且可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Effect of Xintong Combined with Betaloc on Angina Pectoris and Sleep

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Xintong combined with betaloc in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its effect on patients′sleep.Methods:A total of 118 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in People′s Hospital of Pingyin County from September 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 59 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with Xintong combined with betaloc;Control group was treated with betaloc.The treatment effect and sleep quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:1)The effective treatment rate was 96.61%(57 cases)in observation group and 83.05%(49 cases)in control group(P<0.05);2)The frequency,duration and pain scores of angina pectoris in observation group were(0.21±0.02)times/day,(1.10±0.24)min and(3.22±0.17)points respectively,which were significantly lower than those in control group(1.57±0.28)times/day,(2.94±0.56)min and(4.03±0.45)points(P<0.05);3)Compared with before treatment,the scores and total scores of the two groups decreased,and the sleep quality improved significantly(P<0.05).Among them,the reduction of various scores and total scores in observation group was significantly greater than that in control group,and the improvement of sleep quality was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xintong combined with betaloc has a significant comprehensive effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
