摘    要:目的 讨论多学科综合治疗模式联合基于案例学习教学法在乳腺外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法2020年4月—10月,将30名在乳腺外科轮转的住培医师随机分为对照组与研究组各15例,对照组采用传统教学法,研究组采用多学科综合治疗模式联合基于案例学习教学法,观察比较两组考核成绩、教学方法满意度、批判性思维能力指标。结果 研究组住院医师的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩及综合成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组增强自学能力、规范医疗操作、强化医患沟通、学习积极性高、良好的临床思维、提高职业胜任力、良好团队意识的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组真相寻找、求知欲、思维活跃、分析能力、系统化能力、认知成熟度、批判思维评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 多学科综合治疗模式联合基于案例学习教学法在乳腺外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果较好,利于提高学生理论及操作知识掌握水平,且可培养其批判性思维能力,且其对此教学方法提升自身各项能力作出满意评价。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the application of Multidisciplinary Teams combined with case-based teaching method in standardized training of breast surgery resident doctors.Methods From April to October 2020,30 resident physicians rotating in breast surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the study group adopted the multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment mode combined with the case-based learning teaching method.The assessment performance,teaching method satisfaction and critical thinking ability indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The theoretical,operational and comprehensive scores of residents in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of enhancing self-study ability,standardizing medical operation,strengthening doctor-patient communication,high learning enthusiasm,good clinical thinking,improving professional competence and good team consciousness in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of truth seeking,thirst for knowledge,active thinking,analytical ability,systematic ability,cognitive maturity,critical thinking in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Multidisciplinary Teams model combined with the case-based teaching method has a good application effect in the standardized training of breast surgery resident doctors,which is conducive to improving students'mastery of theoretical and operational knowledge,and can cultivate their critical thinking ability,and this is why The teaching method improves one's own abilities and makes a satisfactory evaluation.
