“互联网+”组合教学在缩窄性心包炎诊疗教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 分析“互联网+”组合教学与传统讲授教学法在缩窄性心包炎诊疗的教学中的应用效果。方法 选择在本院2019年1月—2021年1月心血管内科轮转的实习医生100名作为教学对象,采用随机数表法将其分成对照组(n=50)和联合组(n=50)。对照组接受传统讲授教学法,联合组接受“互联网+”结合传统讲授教学法。比较两组实习医生考试成绩、对教学方法的满意度、学习主动性。结果 联合组实习医生的考试合格率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。联合组实习医生对教学方法总满意率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。教学前两组实习医生学习主动率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。教学后,联合组实习医生学习主动率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “互联网+”组合传统讲授教学法能有效提升实习医生学习积极性,使其在缩窄性心包炎病例的诊治上得到有效提升。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of"Internet+"teaching combined with traditional teaching methods in the teaching of constrictive pericarditis.Methods 100 interns rotating in the department of cardiovascular Medicine in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as teaching objects,and divide them into control group(n=50)and combined group(n=50)by using a random number method.The interns in the control group received the traditional teaching method,and the interns in the combined group received the"Internet+"combined with the traditional teaching method.Then,we compare the two groups of interns'test scores,advanced students'satisfaction with teaching methods,and interns'learning initiative.Results Exam pass rate in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of interns in the combined group with teaching methods was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in learning initiative rate between the two groups of interns before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the learning initiative rate of interns in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"combined with traditional teaching method can effectively enhance the learning enthusiasm of interns and effectively improve the diagnosis and treatment of cases of constricting pericarditis.
