Effect of Clinical Evidence-based Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients after Intracranial Aneurysm Surgery

Objective:To observe the effect of clinical evidence-based nursing on the sleep quality of patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery.Methods:Seventy-six patients who underwent intracranial aneurysm surgery in 909 Hospital of JLSF from December 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method,with 38 patients each.Routine nursing was used in the control group and clinical evidence-based nursing was used in the observation group.The sleep quality,life qucality and negative mood scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The sleep latency,wake up at night,time to fall asleep,total sleep time,daytime mood,daytime physical function and daytime thinking and sleep scores in control group were higher than those in observation group(P<0.05).The scores of overall health,physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function and emotional health in control group were lower than those in observation group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in control group were higher than those in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical evidence-based nursing measures can improve the sleep quality of patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery,increase the quality of life and effectively relieve the adverse mood,which is worthy of promotion.
