广西德保县2016~2019年农村妇女两癌筛查结果分析

目的通过对2016~2019年广西德保县农村妇女宫颈癌、乳腺癌(以下简称“两癌”)的调查数据进行分析,了解当地农村女性生殖健康情况,制定相应诊疗措施,提高健康水平及生存质量。方法根据德保县农村妇女“两癌”检查项目实施方案,开展筛查。结果2016~2019年完成乳腺癌筛查37457人,检出乳腺良性疾病2326例(6.21%),包括乳腺纤维腺瘤953例(2.54%)、乳腺导管内乳头状瘤1138例(3.04%)以及其他235例(0.627%);确诊乳腺癌39例(10.4/万),检出率随年龄增长而增大。完成宫颈癌筛查30521人,检出生殖道感染1057例(3.45%),检出率逐年升高;检出子宫肌瘤278例(91.1/万),其他生殖系统良性疾病285例(93.4/万);检出宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)37例(12.1/万),其中低级别病变(CIN1)29例(9.50/万),高级别病变(CIN2和CIN3)8例(2.62/万);确诊宫颈癌3例(0.983/万)。结论要继续加大“两癌”筛查工作力度,实现“两癌”早预防、早发现、早治疗,促进女性生殖健康水平。

Analysis of the results of two cancer screening in rural women from 2016 to 2019 in Debao County,Guangxi

Objective:To analyze the survey data of cervical cancer and breast cancer(hereinafter referred to as the“two cancers”)of rural women in Debao County,Guangxi from 2016 to 2019,to understand the reproductive health of women in the local rural areas,and to formulate corresponding diagnosis and treatment measures to improve health level and quality of life.Method:Screening was carroed out,according to the implementation plan of the“two cancers”inspection project for rural women in Debao County.Results:37457 breast cancer screenings were completed from 2016 to 2019,and 2326 cases(6.21%)of benign breast diseases were detected,including 953 cases(2.54%)of breast fibroadenoma and 1138 cases(3.04%)of breast intraductal papilloma and other 235 cases(0.627%);39 cases of breast cancer were diagnosed(104,000/10,000),and the detection rate increased with age.30,521 people have completed cervical cancer screening,1057 cases(3.45%)of reproductive tract infections were detected,and the detection rate is increasing year by year;278 cases of uterine fibroids(9.11/10,000)were detected,285 cases of other benign diseases of the reproductive system(93.4/10,000);37 cases(12.1/10,000)of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)were detected,of which 29 cases(9.50/10,000)were low-grade disease(CIN1),and 8 cases(CIN2 and CIN3)were detected(2.62/10,000);3 cases of cervical cancer were diagnosed(0.983/10,000).Conclusion:It is necessary to continue to intensify the screening of“two cancers”,realize early prevention,early detection and early treatment of“two cancers”,and promote women's reproductive health.
