微信平台结合PBL模式在胃肠外科教学中的效果分析

摘    要:目的 比较评估微信平台结合PBL模式与传统教学模式在胃肠外科教学中的差异。方法 选取2020届北京大学医学部八年制胃肠外科临床见习学生62名,时间为2016年9月—2016年12月,随机分为传统教学对照组31名及微信平台结合PBL模式教学试验组31名,教学后发放问卷进行满意度调查,同时进行胃肠外科理论考试和技能考试,比较两组教学效果。结果 试验组学生的胃肠外科理论考试成绩和临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组,且组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组学生对带教模式认可度较对照组高,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 微信平台结合PBL模式在胃肠外科教学较传统模式效果更好,满意度更高。

Abstract:Objective To compare and evaluate the differences between WeChat platform combined with PBL mode and traditional teaching mode in gastrointestinal surgery teaching.Methods From September 2016 to December 2016,62 eight-year clinical interns in gastrointestinal surgery of Beijing Medical University in 2020 were randomly divided into 31 traditional teaching control group and 31 WeChat platform combined with PBL mode teaching experimental group.After teaching,questionnaires were distributed for satisfaction survey,and gastrointestinal surgery theory test and skill test were conducted at the same time to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The scores of gastrointestinal surgery theory examination and clinical skill examination of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group had higher recognition of the teaching mode than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat platform combined with PBL mode has better effect and higher satisfaction in gastrointestinal surgery teaching than traditional mode.
