思维导图联合PBL教学法在专科护士培训中的应用

摘    要:目的研究思维导图联合PBL教学模式在急诊急救专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法将2020年1月—2021年11月期间来本院参加急诊急救专科护士基地培训的102名学生,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组各51名,其中对照组学生采用单一PBL教学模式,研究组学生采用思维导图联合PBL教学模式,观察比较两组学生各项考核成绩及满意度。结果两组学生入科前各项考核成绩差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),入科学习后两组学生各项考核成绩均明显提升(P<0.05),且研究组学生各项考核成绩及教学满意度均优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急诊急救专业护士培训期间,可实施思维导图联合PBL教学模式,可提升学生入科各项考核成绩,增加带教满意度。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of mind mapping plus PBL(problem-based learning)modes on the professional training of emergency medicine nurses.Methods 102 emergency medicine nurses of participating in the base training from January 2020 to November 2021 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to random number table,51 cases in each group.The control group adopted PBL modes;the study group adopted the mind mapping and PBL modes.Examination performances and learning satisfaction were probed.Results Before training,examination performances between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after training,examination performances in the study group were higher than control group(P<0.05);learning satisfaction was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mind mapping combined with PBL modes can efficiently improve the examination performances and learning satisfaction.
