Application of High-frequency Ultrasound Combined with Core Needle Biopsy in the Identification of Breast Cancer and Their Correlation with Serum CA153

Objective To explore the application of high frequency ultrasound combined with core needle biopsy(CNB)in the identification of breast cancer and their correlation with serum carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153).Methods Of the 138 patients with breast lumps,it was confirmed by postoperative pathological examination that there were 71 cases with breast cancer(breast cancer group)and 67 cases with benign breast lesions(benign breast disease group).CNB results and levels of serum CA153,CEA and CA199 were compared between the 2 groups.Diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound combined with CNB for breast cancer was analyzed.Results Of the 138 patients with breast lumps confirmed by CNB examination under the guidance of high-frequency ultrasound,there were 69 cases with benign breast lesions(50.00%)and 69 cases with breast cancer(50.00%).Compared with pathological examination after tumor resection,accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of CNB under guidance of high frequency ultrasound for identifying breast cancer were 94.20%,92.96%and 95.52%,respectively.The serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and CA153 in breast cancer group were higher than those in benign breast disease group(P<0.05).According to Pearson correlation analysis,ultrasound examination showed unclear borders of tumors,irregular morphology and uneven internal echoes.and CNB examination.The levels of serum CA153 and CA125 in patients with malignant breast lumps were higher than those in benign patients with clear borders,regular morphology and uniform internal echoes by CNB examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of tumor marker CA153 is closely related to ultrasound findings of breast cancer,CNB examination and postoperative pathological results.CNB under guidance of high frequency ultrasound can identify breast cancer more accurately,which can provide more accurate treatment guidance for patients with breast lumps.
