学术型医学研究生科研创新能力培养的探讨

学术型医学研究生是医学研究的主力军,也是高层次拔尖创新医学人才的后备力量。加大医学及相关学科建设布局和支持力度,加快高层次复合型医学人才教育,培养具有国际视野的医学高层次人才是目前医学教育的主要任务,而如何培养学术型医学研究生科研创新能力是关乎我国医学创新型人才培养的重大课题。文章探讨了当前学术型医学研究生培养的现状,认为医学研究生在本科阶段课业繁忙,缺少科研能力的锻炼,导致创新思维和观念薄弱,而新世纪以来,医学领域的高速发展给医学教育带来了重大挑战。同时提出了提高学术型医学研究生科研创新能力的方法和途径,首先培养医学生的创新思维,激发科研兴趣,锻炼实践和科研能力,并通过科研团队合作联动,采用课内与课外、组内与组间、线上与线下相结合等培养教育方法,以期促进医学高层次人才教育工作的发展。

Discussion on the Cultivation of Scientific Research and Innovation Ability of Medical Academic Graduate Students

Academic medical graduate students are the main force of medical research and the reserve force of high-level innovative medical talents.At present,the main task of medical education is to strengthen the medical and related disciplines distribution,accelerate the education of high-level compound medical talents,and train high-level medical talents with international vision.How to cultivate the scientific research and innovation ability of medical academic graduate students has been a major issue,which is about the cultivation of medical innovative talents in China.This paper discussed the current situation of the cultivation of medical academic graduate students,and pointed out that the medical graduate students are busy with their undergraduate studies and lack of training of scientific research ability,which leads to the weakness of innovative thinking and concept.Meanwhile,the great leap of medical science and technology brings great challenges to the content and mode of medical education.Also,we put forward the methods and approaches to improve the scientific research and innovation ability of medical academic graduate students,which included improving medical students'innovative thinking and practical ability in scientific research,stimulating scientific research interest,cultivating scientific research thinking and training scientific research ability.Meanwhile,we should strengthen the cooperation and connection of scientific research teams,using‘in-class and out-class’,‘intra-group and inter-group’,‘on-line and off-line’education method.Through these approaches,we hope to promote the development of medical high-level talent education.
