非全日制医学博士生焦虑与抑郁状况的相关因素调查分析

摘    要:目的 探讨非全日制医学博士生焦虑与抑郁状况的相关影响因素。方法 2020年2月—3月,笔者通过健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)和广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)心理测评问卷对本校医学院在读的430名非全日制临床医学博士进行横断面调查。用非参数检验和相关分析Eta系数分析等方法对抑郁和焦虑情况进行单因素分析,再代入多元回归模型分析。结果 焦虑和抑郁呈正相关,焦虑和抑郁的共同相关因素有:希望能够脱产学习,导师对论文的指导程度,失眠。结论 如能从学校层面进行心理健康平台建设、研究生导师层面提高对学生心理问题的重要性认识、学生层面加强各专业个性化的心理知识普及和附属医院层面完善落实政策细节,将大大改善非全日制医学博士生焦虑与抑郁状况。

Abstract:Objective To explore the related factors of anxiety and depression in part-time medical doctor graduate students.Methods From February to March 2020,the author conducted a cross-sectional survey on 430 part-time clinical doctors in the Medical College of our university through the psychological evaluation questionnaire of health questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9)and generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7).Univariate analysis of depression and anxiety was carried out by nonparametric test,correlation analysis and ETA coefficient analysis,and then substituted into multiple regression model.Results There was a positive correlation between anxiety and depression.The common related factors of anxiety and depression were:hope to study out of work,tutor's guidance on thesis,insomnia.Conclusion If we can build a mental health platform from the school level,improve the understanding of the importance of students'psychological problems from the graduate tutor level,strengthen the popularization of personalized psychological knowledge of various majors at the student level,and improve the implementation of policy details at the affiliated hospital level,the anxiety and depression status of part-time medical doctor graduate students will be greatly improved.
