Abstract:Objective To study the effect of case simulation teaching method in ICU nursing teaching.Methods From November 2018 to November 2020,164 nursing students were selected.The random digital table method was divided into 82 control groups and study groups.The former carried out routine teaching in ICU nursing teaching and the latter implemented case simulation teaching in ICU nursing teaching.Compare the teaching effect.Results There was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge,clinical operation and comprehensive quality examination scores between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the examination scores of nursing students in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had a higher proportion of positive attitudes towards the learning enthusiasm,practical operation ability,communication and coordination ability,adaptability,teamwork ability and clinical comprehensive ability of nursing teaching(P<0.05).The satisfaction and satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of case simulation teaching method can improve the quality of nursing teaching in ICU,enhance the ability of nursing students,and achieve good teaching effect,and the nursing students have a high degree of satisfaction with teaching work and have a positive attitude towards many teaching work.
