神经重症康复方向研究生的培养探讨

摘    要:近年来,我国经济迅猛发展,人们的生活水平和质量不断提高,人们的健康意识不断增强。人们对于康复的需求日益增加,但康复医学人才相对短缺,尤其是神经康复重症方向的人才尤为短缺。随着科技的进步,面对新的契机和时代的需求,对医学工作的要求也在不断增加,培养出符合时代要求的医学生,是我们迫切需要的。现今,患者对于疾病后的生活质量提出了更高的要求,尤其是神经重症患者愈后常常伴有多种功能障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量。为了使患者能够在以后更好地回归社会和家庭,神经康复医学在不断努力。对于神经重症康复方向研究生的培养也提出了更高的要求。文章从临床专业技术能力的培养、独立思考与临床思维能力培养、临床科研能力培养、医患沟通能力培养四个方面进行探讨,结合自身的教学经验,提出了一些建议和改进的方向,为培养符合新时代需要的高质量康复医学人才提供新的培养思路。

Abstract:In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,living standards and quality are constantly improving,and people's health awareness is constantly enhanced.People's demand for rehabilitation is increasing day by day,but there is a shortage of talents in the direction of neurological intensive care rehabilitation.With the progress of science and technology,facing the needs of new opportunities and times,the requirements for medical work are also increasing.It is our urgent need to trainmedical students who meet the requirements of the times.Nowadays,patients put forward higher requirements for the quality of life after illness,especially in patients with serious neurological disorders,often accompanied by a variety of dysfunctions,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.In order to enable patients to better return to society and family after recovery,neurorehabilitation medicine is making continuous efforts.Therefore,higher requirements are also put forward for the training of postgraduates in the field of neurological rehabilitation.This paper discusses four details of the clinical professional and technical ability,independent thinking and clinical thinking ability,clinical scientific research ability and doctor-patient communication ability.Combined with their own teaching experience,some suggestions and improvement directions are put forward to provide new training ideas for the cultivation of high-quality rehabilitation medical talents meeting the needs of the new era.
