Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effect of yoga relaxation training on improving mood and sleep quality in patients with depression.Methods:A total of 98 cases with depression in May 2019 to May 2020 of rizhao mental health center were selected as the research objects,were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,control group given conventional treatment,observation group on the basis of control group combined with yoga relaxation training,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression between 2 groups before and after intervention.At the same time,polysomnography monitor was used to evaluate the improvement of sleep quality between two groups,and the treatment efficiency was compared.Results:After intervention,the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the sleep quality scores of the observation group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yoga relaxation training for patients with depression can not only improve anxiety and depression,but also improve sleep quality,which is worthy of further promotion.
