| Abstract: | The 21st century is an era of rapid development of science and technology.With the rapid development of technology,the importance of innovative ideas is self-evident.In order to meet the needs of the times and cultivate a large number of innovative talents,a number of colleges and universities in China have set up the"national innovation and Entrepreneurship training program"to promote the transformation of educational ideas,reform the talent training mode and enhance the innovation ability of college students power.As we all know,medical theoretical knowledge is based on a large number of experiments,medical college students'innovation projects should be at a high level,but at this stage,most of our medical college students'innovation projects are still in the low level stage of low research depth,poor experimental level,low students'Autonomy and lack of innovative ideas.In order to explore the reasons for the lag of innovation projects of medical college students at this stage,and to explore the ideas and methods of training innovative talents in medical colleges and universities,the author,through long-term practice,summary and thinking of Medical College Students'innovation projects,improves the implementation of personnel training of Medical College students'innovation projects from the current situation,causes and measures of College Students'innovation projects. |
