Effects of Cardiopulmonary Exercise Rehabilitation on Cardiopulmonary Function,Quality of Sleep and Life in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Frailty at Home

Objective:To explore the effect of cardiopulmonary exercise rehabilitation on cardiopulmonary function,quality of sleep and life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and frailty at home.Methods:A total of 95 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and frailty who were diagnosed in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 was selected and randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(48 cases).The control group received cardiopulmonary rehabilitation health education.The observation group was given cardiopulmonary exercise rehabilitation on the basis.The cardiopulmonary function,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure product(PRP),one-second rate(FEV1/FVC),PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the maximum oxygen uptake(VO₂ Max),anaerobic threshold(AT),the score of the China Cardiovascular Patient Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire(CCQQ)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiopulmonary exercise rehabilitation for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and frailty at home can improve their cardiopulmonary function,improve their quality of sleep and life.
