Study on the Influence of Family Central Nursing on Maternal Self-care Ability and Postpartum Sleep Status

Objective:To observe the effect of family-centered nursing on maternal self-care ability and postpartum sleep status.Methods:A total of 100 parturitions in the department of Obstetrics of Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 15,2019 to April 15,2020 was selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received family-centered nursing.The impact of family-centered nursing on maternal self-care ability and postpartum sleep status were observerd.Results:After intervention,the scores of maternal self-care levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SIS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 92.00%,that of the observation group was 98.00%.The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Home nursing intervention can significantly improve the self-care ability and sleep quality of perinatal women,which is beneficial to postpartum recovery.
