Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with CBL in clinical teaching of orthopedic training students.Methods 60 orthopedic trainees of orthopedic department in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The control group received routine teaching,while the experimental group received PBL combined with CBL.The teaching satisfaction,knowledge mastery ability and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction of orthopaedic resident trainees in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recognition of cultivating teamwork ability,improving literature review ability,deepening theoretical knowledge understanding,improving problem analysis ability and stimulating professional learning interest in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-study ability,communication ability,scientific research ability,specialized operation,psychological quality and cooperation consciousness of residents in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL in clinical teaching of orthopedic standardized training students can achieve ideal teaching effect,effectively improve the knowledge mastery ability of orthopedic standardized training students,and improve the teaching satisfaction of orthopedic standardized training students.
