| 摘 要： | 目的观察参麦注射液治疗支气管肺炎并心力衰竭的疗效。方法74例支气管肺炎并心力衰竭患者随机分为2组,对照组37例给予传统的综合治疗;治疗组37例,在对照组治疗基础上静脉滴注参麦注射液。结果治疗组在抗心力衰竭,促进肺部啰音吸收,改善患儿临床症状等方面优于对照组,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液治疗支气管肺炎并心力衰竭具有良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of Shenmai injection in treating bronchopneumonia and heart failure.Methods74 cases of patients of bronchopneumonia and heart failure were divided into 2 groups stochastically.The control group(37cases) was treated with traditional complex therapy.The treating group(37cases) was treated with intravenous drip of Shenmai injection on the basis of control group therapy.ResultsIt shows that the treating group is better than the control group in some aspects,such as resisting heart failure,promoting the lungs rale absorption and improving the clinical manifestations of the patients.There is marked difference between the two groups(P<0.01).ConclusionIt shows that there is good curative effect to use Shenmai injection in the treatment of bronchopneumonia and heart failure. |
