| 摘 要： | 隐静脉曲张,近数年来对其有了新的认识,发现绝大部分系股深静脉瓣关闭不全所致,故手术亦必须解决瓣膜的病变。本文介绍应用自体隐静脉施行包缩股静脉瓣窦手术,使反流得到纠正。全组15个患肢治疗均取得成功。

| Abstract: | Valvular insufficiency of deep vein is found to be the chief etiological factor in varicosity of lower extremities. Correction by banding for femoral vein valve insufficiency was carried out in 14 eases (15 diseased extremities) with satisfactory operative results. Meticulous dissection was stressed to minimize the development of lymphatic fistula. |
