| 摘 要： | 对458例不育症患者的精液做溶脲脲原体（UU）培养，并与精液分析值进比较，结果表明：随着精子活力的减弱，数量的减少，死亡率的增高及精液粘度的增大，UU培养阳性率逐步增高；血清抗精子抗体阳性的精液标本感染UU的比例大于抗精子抗体阴性的标本。认为UU会影响精液的质量，UU与男性不育之间存在密切关系，UU感染是导致不育的一个重要因素，检测UU对不育症的治疗具有一定的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the correlation between ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) infection and male infertility. Methods: The semen specimens of 458 male infertility patients were cultured for the detection of UU and the seminal analyses were compared . Results: Associated with weakening of sperm activity, declining of quantity of sperm, rising of sperm death rate and increasing of sperm adhesiveness, the UU positive rate increased gradually. The UU positive rate of the semen specimens with anti-sperm antibody was higher than those without anti-sperm antibody. Conclusion: The results showed that UU infection can affect the quality of semen and may be an important cause of male infertility. Detection of UU is of certain clinical significance for the treatment of male infertility. |
