| 摘 要： | 凋亡抑制因子Livin和Fas-FasL具有抑制细胞凋亡作用.研究表明Livin在肺癌中过度表达,并促进肿瘤发生发展,Fas-FasL在肺癌中也异常表达.Livin与Fas-FasL的异常表达可能在肺癌变中起协调作用,并有望成为诊断和基因治疗的新靶点.

| Abstract: | Livin and Fas-FasL can inhibit cell apotosis. Recent studies show Livin is overexpressed in lung cancer and promotes tumor development. Fas -FasL is expressed abnormally in lung cancer. Aberrant expression of Livin and Fas-FasL may play synergetic roles in lung carcinogenesis, and may be new targets for diagnosis and gene treatment of lung cancer. |
