| 摘 要： | 副肿瘤性天疱疮是一种危及生命的自身免疫性大疱性疾病,由于其病程复杂、对药物反应具有不确定性,其治疗比较棘手.目前治疗主要针对副肿瘤天疱疮伴发的肿瘤和自身免疫反应.为此,根据副肿瘤天疱疮伴发的肿瘤良恶性不同,概述近几年副肿瘤天疱疮的治疗,包括使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、静脉滴注免疫球蛋白、血浆置换、外用他克莫司、应用生物制剂等的疗效.

| Abstract: | Paraneoplastic pemphigus （PNP） is a life-threatening autoimmune bullous disease.Due to its complex natural course and uncertain response to drugs,the treatment of PNP remains troublesome.The current treatment of PNP is mainly aimed at complicating tumors and autoimmune reactions.Based on the nature of tumors accompanying PNP,this paper describes recent advances in the treatment of PNP,including glucocorticoids,immunosuppressive agents,intravenous immunoglobulins,plasma exchange,topical tacrolimus,biological agents,etc. |
