肾上腺恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤（1例报告并文献复习）

目的 结合病例报告及文献复习,探讨肾上腺恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤（malignantsolitary fibrous tumor,MSFT）的临床特征、治疗方案及预后.方法 对本院收治的1例肾上腺恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤进行回顾性分析,并使用关键词”“孤立性纤维性肿瘤”检索“中国生物医学文献数据库”,同时使用Pubmed数据库检索“solitary fibrous tumor and adrenal”,对所得文献进行复习,对所有诊断为恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤进行汇总分析.结果 检索国内孤立性纤维性肿瘤文献共有241篇报道,其中病例报道130篇,恶性肿瘤有13篇,未见肾上腺MSFT个案报道.Pubmed结果提示目前共有5例孤立性纤维性肿瘤.结论 肾上腺MSFT非常罕见,可发生在身体任何部位,确诊主要依靠病理形态学及免疫组化,治疗方案主要为手术切除,必要时可行术后放化疗,预后较差.

The malignant solitary fibrous tumor of adrenal (report of 1 case and literature review)

Objectives Combined one case report and literatures review to explore the clinical characteristics,the management and prognosis of malignant solitary fibrous tumor（MSFT） of adrenal.Methods Retrospectively analyzed one case of MSFT of the adrenal which we treated.We used the key word＂ solitary fibrous tumor＂ to retrieve＂the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database＂,and use the＂ solitary fibrous tumor＂to retrieve＂ Pubmed＂ in internet.All the papers were readed and analysed,which is focusing on the the cases with MSFTs.Results There are 241 paper of solitary fibrous tumor collected in the＂ Chinese Biomedical Literature Database＂,including 130 cases report.There are 13 cases of MSFTs,and there is no case of MSFT of the adrenal.In the Pubmed,only 5 cases were reported in solitary fibrous tumor.Conclusions Malignant solitary fibrous tumor is very rare,occuring in any part of the body.The diagnosis were relied on pathological morphology and immunohistochemistry.The mainly treatment is the surgery,if necessary,radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be performed postoperative.However the prognosis is poor.
