| 摘 要： | 目的:观察马蔺子素的放射增敏作用。方法:收集120例恶性肿瘤患者以随机分组联合应用安卡胶囊(马蔺子素)进行前瞻性研究。结果:近期疗效显示,综合组CR率66.67%,明显优于单放组35.00%,P<0.005,统计学上具有显著性意义。远期疗效:对于食管癌,肺癌或有淋巴结转移者,综合组1、3、5年生存率均高于单放组。结论:马蔺子素的放射增敏作用疗效确定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the radiosensitizing activity of irisq ui none.Methods:One hun dred and twenty patients with malignant neoplasm were di vided at random into two groups:Group A,Combination group to whom radiotherap y was given in association with irisquinone;Group B,con trol group to whom rad iotherapy alone was given.Results:Short-term results revealed that the CR rat e of the primary foci in group A was obviously superior than that of group B.( P<0.005)Long-term result revealed that the total1,3,5-year surviva l rate group A was Superior than that of group B,in esophageal carcinomain1u ng canceror with lymphatic metastases.Conclusion:The radiosensi-tizing acti vity of irisquinone is effective. |
