| 摘 要： | 卫生部<医师定期考核管理办法>已经颁布,在实际工作中如何贯彻执行尚处于探索阶段.本文对安徽医科大学第一附属医院299名临床医师的首次业务水平考核进行了总结和分析,针对存在的问题提出了改进建议,以使医师的定期业务考核方案更加完善,真正达到以考试促学习,从而全面提高医师的实际业务水平的目的.

| Abstract: | It is still at exploratory stage on how to more effectively carry out the Administrative Measures on Periodical Examination for Doctors in practical work.By statistically analyzing the results of the first theoretical and skill examination among 299 doctors in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,we find out the causes and then provided some suggestions.The main objective is to constant perfect this examination system and reaches the goal of improving the professional,competence of all doctors. |
