慢性阻塞性肺疾病气道基因表达与肺癌的易感性关系

COPD和肺癌均是全球高发病率、高病死率的疾病,临床上COPD合并肺癌的病例较为常见,长期以来人们将其作为两个独立的疾病分别进行了广泛研究,但目前两者相关的危险因素及潜在关联的发病机制已引起国内外临床医师及研究者的关注。研究也表明两者共同存在一些环境因素、遗传因素、异常的免疫炎症反应,影响COPD和肺癌的发生发展,本文就COPD气道基因表达与肺癌易感性的关系作一综述,以了解这两种疾病在分子水平的联系。

The relationship between airway gene expression of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancersusceptibility

Both chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and lung cancer are diseases of high incidence and mortality in global. In clinieal,COPD patients with lung cancer are more often seen,and many researchers have carried out extensive researches for COPD and lung cancer as two respective diseases for a long time. But recently,it has aroused the concern of clinicians and researchers that the risk factors and potential mechanism maybe related between COPD and lung cancer. Some researches have shown that both of them have some common environmental factors,genetic factors and abnormal immune inflammatory response, and these elements could affect their occurrence and development. This review focus on the relationship between airway gene expression of COPD and lung cancer susceptibility to understand the connection of these two diseases at the molecular level.
