| 摘 要： | IL-13是Th2细胞因子的-种,是免疫炎症反应主要的调节因子,在支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）的发生发展中起重要的作用。本文将对IL-13在哮喘病理生理中的作用进行概括,并对近年来IL-13单克隆抗体（IL-13单抗）治疗哮喘的研究进行总结,重点对IL-13单抗的作用机制、有效性、安全性及目标人群进行概括和总结。

| Abstract: | Interleukin-13 （IL-13） is one of the Th2 cytokine, it is a critical regulator of inflammatory immune responses,with key roles in the pathogenesis and development of asthma. Here,we will summarize the role of IL-13 in asthma and the treatment of anti-IL-13 monoclonal antibody（anti IL-13 mAb） in asthma in recent years, focusing on the mechanism, efficacy, safety and target population of anti-IL-13 mAb. |
