鼻窦鼻腔恶性纤维组织细胞瘤临床病理特征

目的 探讨鼻窦鼻腔恶性纤维组织细胞瘤（ＭＦＨ）的临床病理特点。方法 鼻窦鼻腔ＭＦＨ１７例进行临床病理分析，其中８例进行免疫组织化学染色。结果 席纹状－－多形性型４例、粘液样型４例、炎症型９例。各型瘤细胞中均见数量不等的炎症细胞，其中１３例伴窦旁骨质侵犯，肿瘤细胞ＡＡＣＴ、ＣＤ６８、Ｌｙｓｏｚｙｍｅ、Ｖｉｍｅｔｉｎ、ＰＣＮＡ阳性。术前病理确诊４例，误诊为良性病变９例。结论 ＭＦＨ纤维母细胞、组织细胞的异型性、席纹状结构及免疫组织化学染色是鉴别的关键。

Clinicopathological Analyses on Malignant Fibrous Histiocytomas of the Nasal Cavity and Sinuses

Objective\ To investigate the clinical and pathologic feature about malignant fibrous histiocytomas(MFH) of the nasal cavity and sinuses.\ Methods\ There were 17 cases of MFH whose clinical datum were analysed and the routine sections were reviewed and immunohistochemistry stains were performed in eight of the cases.\ Results\ Storifed\|pleomorphic type of MFH were 4 cases,myxoid type 4,inflammatory type 9.\ Some inflammatory cell were found in every type of MFH.\ 13 cases invaded bone into nasal sinuses.\ AACT,CD\-\{68\},lysozyme,vimentin,proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) expression in tumor cells were detected.\ Before surgery correct pathological diagnosis had 4 cases and mis diagnosis of benign disease had 9 cases.\ Conclusion\ Most MFH were distinguished by the atypia of fibroblast, the storied histiocyte,and relevant immunohistochemical staining.
