| Abstract: | An 8‐year‐old boy presented with small, skin‐colored papules of 9‐months duration on the upper lip. Results of the histopathologic examination were consistent with syringoma. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case report of syringoma of the mustache area of a child. |
