| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨机械通气过程中ＰＥＥＰ对ＡＲＤＳ患的治疗作用，方法：通过对１４例ＡＲＤＳ患应用呼吸机机械通气治疗，使用ＰＥＥＰ后，进行疗效分析。结果：１４例ＡＲＤＳ患中１０例治愈，４例并发其他脏器衰竭死亡，结论：机械通气中运用ＰＥＥＰ模式，，是治疗ＡＲＤＳ的一种有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study of the treatment with PEEP on the patients who were suffered from the ARDS.Methods:14 cases were received the mechanical ventilation therapy,and the PEEP was the main treatment After treatment,the curative effect was analyzed.Results:Of the 14 cases,10 were cured and 4 were died from the failure of the other organs.The curative eate of the ARDS was increased.Conclusion:The PEEP,as a treatment of model the mechaninal ventilation,is a effective therapy to the ARDS. |
