| 摘 要： | 目的了解重庆市药品不良反应发生情况及特点，为药品不良反应监测工作提供参考。方法对重庆市2008年涉药单位及个人上报的药品不良反应数据进行回顾性统计分析。结果药品不良反应报告的上报主体是医生，来源主体是医疗机构；引起药品不良反应的药品以抗微生物药物最多；给药途径以注射剂静脉滴注最常见；不良反应累及器官系统以皮肤及其附件损害最为多见。结论应加强药品不良反应监测工作，尤其注重对中药注射剂的监测，以利临床用药安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the features of adverse drug reaction （ADR） in Chongqing medicine market and to provide reference for enforcing ADR monitoring and give advice on using medication reasonably. Methods To retrospectively analyze ADR reports on the use of medication by units and individuals in 2008. Results The ADR reports were mainly collected from doctors and medical institutions; ADR was mostly caused by anti- microorganism drugs; and quite often seen in intravenous drip injections; ADR chiefly affected the organ system and caused lesions to skin and its appendages. Conclusion ADR monitoring should be strengthened; the capability of analyzing and evaluating reports should be improved; and the monitoring of the injection of Chinese medicine should be strengthened. |
