143例异位妊娠临床分析

目的：对异位妊娠的诊断和治疗进行分析，以提高诊治水平。方法：对１９９６年１月至１９９７年１２月收治的１４３例异位妊娠患者作回顾性分析。结果：１４３例异位妊娠患者经救治无死亡。结论：医生对生育年龄的妇女要保持警惕性，对不典型病例不要轻易放过，采取多种手段明确诊断并提高早期诊断率。治疗上对出血少或无出血的病情稳定者，可行保守治疗。对有活动性出血和特殊类型宫外孕者，应积极手术治疗。

Clinical Analysis of 143 Cases with Eccyesis

Objectives:To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of eccyesis and then to promote their development.Method:143 cases with eccyesis who were treated in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics from January,1996 to December, 1997 were retrospectively analyzed.Result:All the 143 patients with eccyesis have survived after the suitable administration of emergent treatment.Conclusions:The early diagnosis of eccyesis is very important and doctors should keep an alert eye on some atypical symptoms and signs,Though the conservative treatment can be applied to some slight cases who have no sigh of large amount of bleeding, a close observation is necessary to all the patients and an emergent operation should be given at once in the case of active bleeding and special types of ectopic pregnancy to which the conservative treatment show no effect.
