| 摘 要： | [目的]对变应原皮肤点刺结果进行分析,为治疗变应性鼻炎提供科学依据.[方法]对变应性鼻炎的患者进行11种吸入性变应原皮肤点刺试验,组胺为阳性对照,生理盐水为阴性对照.[结果]515例符合条件的交应性鼻炎患者的变应原测试以屋尘螨最高(63.7%),其次为粉尘螨(61.4%)和热带螨(40.8%).[结论]515例交应性鼻炎患者的常见变应原为屋尘螨、粉尘螨和热带螨.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the result of skin allergen test in order to provide scientific basis for treating patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods Skin test was performed by using 11 kinds of inhalant allergens to the patients with allergic rhinitis, patients injected with histamine were positive controls, and normal saline was negative controls.Results The proportions of patients with positive skin tests were as follows:Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(63.7%), Dermatophagoides culinae(61.4%) and tropical acarid(40.8%).Conclusion The study shows that the main allergens for 515 patients with allergic rhinitis are dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, dermatophagoides culinae and tropical acarid. |
