| 摘 要： | 中国炎症性肠病诊断与治疗的共识意见已于近期发表,克罗恩病(CD)诊断方面有较多的进展。新共识指出CD的诊断依然缺乏金标准,强调明确病变累及范围的重要性以及C反应蛋白(CRP)的临床意义,弱化了胃肠钡剂造影的作用,引入了CTE和MRE新技术、CD内镜评估系统(CDEIS和SES-CD)、术后内镜下复发的Rutgeerts评分、蒙特利尔分型和黏膜愈合等概念。本文就此作一详细介绍。
