摘    要:目的:观察中西医结合综合疗法治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组28例,采用我院自制制剂1号湿敷剂湿敷冷疗3周,以及针刺结合蓝科肤宁外敷治疗激素依赖性皮炎,每周2-3次,10次为1个疗程;对照组28例,采用1号湿敷剂冷疗3周,然后口服盐酸非索非那定片,每日2次,2片/次,外用丁苯羟酸软膏,3次/天,4周1个疗程。结果:患者的病情均得到改善,治疗组有效率为75%,对照组有效率为39.29%,两组比较有显著性差异。结论:中西医结合综合疗法治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效确切,治疗流程简单,可操作性强,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe the Clinical Efficacy in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis used by integrative medicine. Methods The treatment group were used 1 wet dressing agent for 3weeks,and acupuncture combined with Velvetfeeling external application in the treatment of hormone dependence dermatitis, 2-3 times per week, 10 times for 1 course. The control group of 28 cases by 1 wet dressing agent treatment for 3 weeks, then oral fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets(2 times a day, two tablets each time),and topical bufexamac ointment. 3 times a day, 4 weeks for a course. Results The symptoms of the patients were alleviated. The effective rate was was 75% in the treatment group , and it was 39.29% in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Integrative medicine for the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis is efficient, the method is simple, workable, worthy of promotion.
