| 摘 要： | 目的：总结增生型微静脉畸形的治疗经验和体会。方法：回顾性分析近2年来收集的12例增生型微静脉畸形患者病例资料，年龄42-73岁，平均为56岁，病变均位于头面部，采用病变组织切除植皮和（或）局部皮瓣转移修复法，其中8例为选择性部分切除，4例为完全切除。结果：12例全部成功，2例植皮术后部分坏死，经定期换药处理后二期植皮修复创面。术后随访6-12个月，患者对外形及功能改善基本满意。结论：增生型微静脉畸形侵及层次较浅，术中出血易于控制，手术风险相对较低，外科治疗效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of thicken port wine stains. Methods In 2 years, 12 cases of thicken port wine stains were treated by surgical method, partially or totally resect the mass and cover the wound by local flap or free skin grafting.The patients aged from 42-73 years old with a median 56 years. Results All 12 operations were successful,10 cases were healed by the first intention. 2 cases partially necrosis, then healed by regular dressing change and second free skin grafting.They were followed up for 6-12 months. Atl patients obtained satisfactory or improved results. Conclusions PWS lesions are always in superficial dermis, blood loss is easy to control during operation, and surgical treatment is a good choice in the treatment of facial thicken port wine stains with satisfactory results. |
