损伤控制外科在严重胰腺损伤中的临床应用

目的探讨损伤控制外科在严重胰腺炎损伤患者治疗中的临床应用。方法采集本院2003年7月至2009年5月住院的24例严重胰腺损伤患者依照临DCS原则进行临床治疗。结果本文中24例患者21例治愈并出院,3例患者死亡,死亡原因分别为1例死于多器官功能衰竭,2例死于术中失血性休克。结论在复苏同时应尽快采用简单省时的手术挽救生命,控制出血和污染、充分引流、保存胰腺功能,病情稳定后再做相应的手术和治疗,可提高严重胰腺外伤的抢救成功率,减少术后并发症的发生。

The application of damage control surgery (DCS) in severe pancreatic trauma

Objective To discuss and summarize the clinical application of damage control surgery in severe pancreatic trauma. Methods 24 cases of severe pancreatic trauma patients have been retrospectively analysis of hospital from July,2003 to May,2009,and using DCS disipline to make clinical treating. Results 21 cases patients were cured and 3 cases were dead. 2 cases died because of losing blood. 1 cases died because of multiple organ dysfunction sydrome（ MODS）. Conclusion Prompt diagnosis and integration of treatment are key to enhancing the survival rate of multiple injuries. In the meantime,DCS is effective and safe for cases with severe pancreatic patients.
