摘    要:目的探讨工艺环节对当归注射液中阿魏酸含量的影响。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定当归静脉注射液生产工艺各步骤中阿魏酸的含量。结果阿魏酸在2.0-40.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9991;随着工艺流程的进行,阿魏酸含量逐渐减少。结论当归静脉注射液中阿魏酸的含量随工艺环节而降低。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of preparation steps on the concentration of ferulic acid in Angelica Intravenous Injection by reverse phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Methods Diamonsil C18 Chromatography Column. Mobile phase: Carbinol-1% Acetate (50:50). Flow rate: 1ml/min. Wavelength: 320nm.Results Ferulic acid maintains a good linear relation between 2-40 μg/ml, r=0.9991. The concentration of ferulic acid decreases along with the procedure of the preparation steps. Conclusion The concentration offerulic acid decreased in the preparation steps of Angelica Intravenous Injection.
