摘    要:目的:验证高级重症监护型救护车车身骨架的设计强度,发现设计不足,为后续设计的改进和优化提供理论依据。方法:建立车身的三维模型,利用有限元分析软件对车辆进行弯曲、扭转、转弯和制动等工况的分析。结果:高级重症监护型救护车车身骨架的平均应力小于材料的屈服强度,最小安全系数1.43,具有较高的安全性。结论:高级重症监护型救护车车身骨架设计能够满足救护车的设计使用需求。

Finite element analysis for body frame of some advanced ICU ambulance

Abstract:Objective To validate the designed strength of the body frame of some advanced ICU ambulance to provide references for following improvement. Methods 3D model of the ambulance was established, and finite element analysis software was used to analyze the conditions of bending, twisting, turning, braking and etc. Results The mean stress of the body frame was less than the yield strength of the material, with the minimum safety factor of 1.43. Conclusion The body frame of the advanced ICU ambulance can meet the desired requirements.
