不同年龄段女性人乳头瘤病毒感染状况分析

目的了解不同年龄段女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况,为宫颈癌防治提供理论依据。方法对临床3 426例宫颈分泌物标本采用多通道实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)仪检测8种高危型HPV DNA亚型(HPV16、18、45、31、33、52、58、67),分析不同年龄段受检者HPV感染状况。结果 3 426例标本中共检出HPV阳性583例,阳性率为17.02%。HPV感染人群分布以19~40岁组为主,以19~30岁人群中感染率最高,达到20.37%,明显高于其余的年龄组(P0.05)。在检出类型中有单一亚型感染,也有多亚型的多重感染,其中比例最高的亚型是HPV33/52/58/67(59.01%),明显高于其它HPV亚型(P0.05);居第2位和第3位的分别为HPV16(14.92%)、HPV18/45(9.43%)。结论 19~30岁是女性感染HPV的高峰期,HPV感染有年轻化趋势,但中老年女性群体中HPV感染率依然居高不下。常见的HPV感染基因型为33/52/58/67、16和18/45,提示有一定人群特点。

Analysis on the infection status of human papilloma virus in women with different ages

Objective To investigate the infection status of human papilloma virus（ HPV） in women with different ages,and to provide the theory reference for preventing and treating cervical cancer. Methods Totally 3 426 samples of cervical secretions were determined for HPV DNA subtypes by multi-channel real-time fluorescence quantitation polymerase chain reaction（ PCR）. HPV DNA subtypes included 8 high risk types（ HPV16,18,45,31,33,52,58 and 67）. The infection status of HPV in women with different ages was analyzed. Results The 583 samples among the3 426 cases were HPV positive,and the positive rate was 17. 02%. HPV infection mainly distributed among women with19-40 years old. In women with 19-30 years old,the HPV positive rate was 20. 37%,which was higher than those with other ages（ P〈0. 05）. There were subtype infection and multi-subtype infection. The most common subtypes were HPV33 /52 /58 /67（ 59. 01%）,HPV16（ 14. 92%） and HPV18 /45（ 9. 43%）. Conclusions The 19-30 years old is the peak period of HPV infection,but the HPV infection rate in middle aged and elder women is still high,and there is an increasing trend in young women. The most common HPV infection genotypes were HPV33 /52 /58 /67,HPV16 and HPV18 /45 with the population distribution characteristic of HPV genotype among women.
