摘    要:目的:根据放射性核素药物注射的辐射防护原理,结合工作人员注射的操作特点,研制一种方便使用的新型放射性核素注射防护装置。方法:通过对钨合金管体、轴向通孔、透明铅玻璃条、卡固装置、长形凸台、支撑弹簧、卡板等进行技术设计,实现放射性药物注射防护的方便操作。结果:该新型放射性核素注射防护装置方便使用,并能为操作人员提供良好的全封闭屏蔽保护。结论:采用此方案研制的放射性核素注射防护装置能使放射性药物始终处于封闭状态,具备使用简单、省时便捷的特点,对降低核医学工作人员的全身辐射特别是手部的照射剂量起到非常好的防护作用,推广应用意义较大。

Abstract:Objective To develop a protective device for radio isotope injection based on related radiation protection principle. Methods The technical designs were carried out for tungsten alloy tube body, axial through hole, transparent lead glass bar, retaining unit, elongated boss, support springs, card board and etc. Results The device with easy operation could provide completely sealed protection. Conclusion The protective device with easy operation and high convenience can make the isotope always sealed, and can reduce the radiation to the staffs, especially to their hands, which is worth popularizing practically.
