高功率微波致视网膜神经节细胞损伤的研究

摘    要:目的观察2450 MHz微波对视网膜神经节细胞的损伤作用,为视网膜损伤的研究提供一定的实验依据。方法体外培养鼠视网膜神经节细胞,微波理疗机于微波屏蔽室内按微波强度分3组进行微波辐射1h,光镜下观察其形态变化,测细胞存活率。结果微波辐照后,光镜下细胞即有聚集现象,部分细胞轴突消失,个别细胞凋亡,改变随着微波强度而增加。结论2450 MHz微波可诱导视网膜神经节细胞凋亡,损伤程度与微波辐射强度呈正相关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the damage of retinal neuron induced by microwave and it can supply some experiment foundation for studying.Participants:retinal neuron.Methods Retinal nerve cells were divided into 3 groups interm of microwave intensity and exposed to 2 450 MHz microwave for 1 hour in shielded room.The cell morphology was observed by light microscope.The mortality of cells was measured.Results The result showed that a portion of cells congregated,with their axon disappeared after radiation.The amount of apoptosis cells was consisten with microwave intensity.Conclusion The apoptosis of retina nervous cells could be induced by microwave,and was consisten with microwave intensity.
