| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨保留皮瓣在混合痔手术治疗中的重要性。方法:治疗组121例采用保留三角形外痔皮瓣并复位外剥内扎术,对照组58例采用传统的外剥内扎术进行临床对照分析。结果:治疗组在减少混合痔手术后并发症、减轻术后疼痛、缩短伤口愈合时间等方面,有显著性差异。结论:混合痔保留皮瓣复位外剥内扎术是治疗混合痔理想的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness of preserving skin flap on the treatment for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: 179 patients with hemorrhoids of third and fourth degree were included in the study and randomized in two groups.Control group underwent Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy and study group underwent external dissection & internal ligation and preserve triangular skin flap hemorrhoidectomy.Results: After hemorrhoidectomy,the time of healing,postoperative pain and incidence of early and late complications significantly decreased in study group compared with control group.Conclusions: The treatment for mixed hemorrhoids by external dissection & internal ligation and preserving triangular skin flap hemorrhoidectomy is effective. |
