利福喷丁对结核病高危人群的保护作用研究

目的探讨利福喷丁药物对结核病高危人群的保护作用.方法将结核菌素强阳性患者随机分为实验组及对照组,分别口服利福喷丁与异烟肼预防治疗3个月,随访其接受性及活动性结核病发生情况.结果口服利福喷丁组预防治疗的接受率为81.84%,药物不良反应率6.74%,2年内活动性结核病累积发病率为2.96‰,效果指数达8.07,可以避免87.61%的PPD强阳性患者发生结核病;服用异烟肼预防治疗组接受率69.14%,药物不良反应发生率14.09%,活动性结核病累积发病率为4.26‰,效果指数达5.61,保护率82.17%.两组之间不良反应及结核病发病率差异均有显著性.结论利福喷丁对高危人群的预防性治疗不良反应少,接受性高,具有好的保护作用,可以替代异烟肼用于结核病高危人群的药物预防.

Study on preventing effect of Rifapentine on tuberculosis for positive PPD reaction

Objective To research the preventing effect of Rifapentine on high risk population of tuberculosis. Methods PPD positive cases were randomly divided into experiment group and control group treated with Rifapentine and Isoniazide for three months respectively. Acceptance rate and the incidence rate of active tuberculosis were observed. Results Among Rifapctime group, Acceptance rate, adverse drug reaction, active tuberculosis, the rate of protection were 81.84 %, 6.74 %, 2.96 %, 87.61% respectively. Among Isoniazide group, Acceptance rate, adverse drug reaction, active tuberculosis, the rate of protection were 69.14 %, 14.09 %, 4.26 %, 82.17 % respectively. The index of effectiveness was 8.07 in Rifapention and 5.61 in Isoniazide. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusions It was high acceptable and effective that high risk population were treated with Rifapentine instead of Isoniazide for preventing tuberculosis.
