广西沿海农村地区育龄妇女碘营养状况研究

摘    要:目的掌握广西沿海农村地区育龄妇女碘营养状况及其影响因素,为防制碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法采用抽样方法从广西沿海6个县(区)的农村中抽取对象,即每个项目县(区)各抽取3个行政村,每个行政村抽取2个自然村屯,每个自然村屯随机抽取6名18~40岁育龄妇女。采用人户调查方式,用自行设计的调查问卷收集调查对象的一般情况、个人健康状况及个人膳食摄入情况,同时采集家中饮用水、食用盐和尿样测定碘含量。结果本次共调查了272名18~40岁育龄妇女,尿碘中位数为68.65μg/L,平均碘摄入量为804.93μg/d。采集食用盐272份,食盐中碘平均含量为(6.78±12.04)mg/kg,碘盐仅占25.74%。采集饮用水272份,水碘中位数为2.25μg/L。结论广西沿海农村地区育龄妇女碘营养不足,应积极采取有效措施,提高碘盐覆盖率,降低碘缺乏风险。

Research of iodine nutrition status of women at childbearing age in coastal rural areas of Guangxi

Abstract:Objective To master the iodine nutrition status and influencing factors among the women at childbearing age in coastal rural areas of Guangxi, and provide scientific basis for controlling iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The people from six coastal counties in Guangxi were selected.by multistage sampling method. Three villages were chosen from each county, and 12 women aged 18 to 40 were sampled from each village. Women' s drinking waters, salts and urine were sampled while we used the self-designed questionnaires to collect their general, personal health status and individual dietary intake. Results A total of 272 women at childbearing age were investigated. The median urinary iodine of women was 68.65μg/L. The average iodine intake was 804.93μg/d. In 272 salts sampled the average salt content of iodine was (6.78 + 12.04 ) mg/kg, and the rate of iodized salt was 25.74%. In 272 drinking waters sampled meanwhile, the median water iodine was 2.25 μg/L. Conclusions The iodine nutrition of the women at childbearing age in coastal rural areas of Guangxi was insufficient. Some effective measures should be taken immediately to reduce the risk of iodine deficiency, and raise the coverage rate of iodized salt.
