| 摘 要： | 目的 了解四川省自贡市农村留守老人的孤独感与老人的孝顺期待、子女间亲子支持的关系.方法 采用UCLA孤独量表、亲子社会支持问卷对四川自贡农村留守老年人进行问卷调查.结果 农村留守老人的孤独感得分显著高于常模（t=8.326,P＜0.001）；低亲子支持的农村老人孤独感显著高于中、高亲子支持的农村老人的孤独感（F=8.121,P＜0.001）.结论 ①农村留守老人的孤独感较高；②亲子社会支持对老人的孤独感体验有显著的影响,老人的亲子支持越低,孤独感越高.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of parent-child social support on the loneliness of rural staying behind elderly. Methods UCLA Loneliness Scale and Parents-adult Children Social Support Scale were administered to participants from rural staying behind elderly. Results The average score of loneliness among the Sichuan rural elderly was higher than the norm（P 〈 0. 001 ） ;The loneliness of the low score parents-child social support among the Sichuan rural elderly was higher than the medium, high score （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion （1）Loneliness of rural staying behind elderly is high. （2）Parents-child social support and filial expectation significantly affect the rural staying behind elderly loneliness. The higher parent-child social support, the lower loneliness. |
