64例住院精神病患者外走行为分析与应对措施

目的探讨住院精神病患者发生外走的临床特征、原因、方式及应对措施。方法对2006年5月_2012年3月在徐州市东方人民医院住院且有外走行为的64例精神病患者的病历进行了回顾性调查，总结了外走患者的一般临床特征、外走原因及外走形式，并采取相应的防范措施。结果64例发生外走行为的患者中，男性43例，女性21例，年龄在30岁以下者居多，其中诊断为精神分裂症者占68．75％；最常见的外走原因是牵挂家庭、工作、学业，最常见的外走形式是利用外出机会外走。结论应针对患者外走的原因、方式和特点，对住院精神病患者的外走行为采取有效的护理干预措施，防范或杜绝住院精神病患者外走行为的发生。

Analysis and Countermeasures of the Runaway Behaviors in 64 Hospitalized Patients with Psychiatric Diseases

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,reasons, methods of the runaway behaviors in hospitalized patients with psychiatric diseases. Methods All the runaway incidents recorded in the period from May 2006 to March 2012 were retrospectively ana- lyzed. Results 64 psychiatric patients had runaway behaviors. Male were 43 cases and female 21 cases, most of them were under 30 years old and 68.75 % were diagnosed with schizophrenia; The most common reason was about family, work, and school; The main method was use the opportunity to go out to run. Conclusion In order to prevent patients＇runaway behaviors, it is suggested to take effective in- tervention measures based on the clinical characteristics, reasons, methods of runaway behaviors.
