大学生社会支持在情绪智力与情感幸福感问的中介作用

目的探讨大学生情绪智力在社会支持与情感幸福感间的作用。方法本研究采用领悟社会支持量表、情绪智力问卷和积极与消极情感问卷对359名大学生进行了调查。结果①社会支持、情绪智力、积极情感与消极情感均两两显著相关（r=0．13～0．42，P〈0．01）；②中介分析发现，社会支持在情绪智力与积极情感的关系中起部分中介作用（Z=4．79，P〈0．001）；③社会支持在情绪智力与消极情感的关系中起部分中介作用（Z=-3．64，P〈O．001）。结论社会支持是情绪智力与情感幸福感关系间的中介变量。

The Mediating Effect of University Student Social Support between Emotional Intelligence and Affective Well-being

Objective To investigate the mediating effect of social support on the link between emotional intelligence and affective well-being. Methods A total of 359 university students conducted the emotional intelligence scale, social support questionnaire and af- fective well-being scale. Results （~）Bivariate correlation indicated that social support, emotional intelligence, affective well-being corre- lated significantly with each other （ r = 0. 13 ~ 0. 42, P 〈 0.01 ）. ~） Regression analysis indicated social support mediated the link between emotional intelligence and positive affect（ Z = 4. 79, P 〈 0.001 ）. Social support mediated the link between emotional intelligence and negative affect （ Z = -3.64, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Social support acts as a mediator between emotional intelligence and affective well- being.
